[slumps over a little. Well that was a massive failure. Smiles at Chrome]

[he'll get you to eat proper food later. Even if they put their money together, they probably wouldn't have quite enough to buy proper groceries for Chrome and her friends.

SO THEY GO BUY THEIR THINGS AND WALK OUTSIDE TOGETHER]

[Mukuro was going to go home or someplace where he wouldn't be bothered. That was his plan, so he was not about to hesitate and wait around for Tsuna and Chrome to harass him more. He did stop when he heard a familiar voice from the alley between two shops just a block or so away from the store, though. Now what in the world did that baby want from him today?

Apparently, it was to tell him that he was still obligated to the Vongola. Also something about strengthening his bonds with the Famiglia and recognizing the feelings of people around him as well as his own. All of this was, of course, met with a scoffing attitude from Mukuro. At least until, as he turned to walk away, he heard a little "phwoomp" noise, and felt something sting his neck.

When Chrome & Tuna come out of the store, they'll be met by Reborn telling Tsuna he's slow and demanding his coffee. He'll then mention something about being observant and the need of growing bodies, and go on his way after handing Tsuna a little packet of spun sugar candies.

Whether they eat them is up to you, but the more they eat the closer they'll be to the condition they'll find Mukuro in if they find him at all -- on the ground, back to the wall of the alley, feeling hot and dizzy and a little achey, shivering uncontrollably, and wanting.]

[ -- crunches the candy, rolling it around on her tongue. it has a nice bite, Chrome thinks, and it's fizzy on the tongue, like those little rock candies that you explode if you eat with soda (or so Ken says), but after eating a few, she is feeling a little warm all over. and dizzy. ]

Boss. [ reaching out to grip at his arm, her other hand holding her head. fainting is nothing new for her, and it feels a little like that. maybe it's the heat, or she was more upset than she thought. ]

I -- I feel a little strange.

[ oh, she's felt a little this way before around mukuro-sama. kind of warm. and the crotch tinglies. but that's just embarrassing, and not saying anything to Boss, definitely. maybe she's sick. and then, outside, she sees mukuro-sama, who also looks ill. rushing over to him, then. briefly forgetting all the warnings of boundaries, because what if he's hurt or something!! ]

Oh, no, Mukuro-sama. Please don't die!

[--Reborn giving him candy is a little suspicious but maybe it had to do with family bonding exercises he was always throwing at them, so Tsuna sees no reason not to share the candy with Chrome. It's not quite to his tastes(he's never been overly fond of popping candy) but he finds himself eating one or two anyway.

And is it just his imagination or his everything suddenly much, much warmer? He feels a little like his skin is on fire and he nearly jumps out of his skin when Chrome grabs him before reaching out to steady her]

Ah--C-Chrome? Maybe you need--

[and then he spots Mukuro as well and he's bolting over too, kneeling down beside his body. He reaches out to help him up into a sitting position(and desperately trying to ignore the fact that everything felt a lot more uncomfortable)]

Mukuro? What happened?

[Holy shit guys, Mukuro is pissed the fuck off right now. He may be oblivious to useless things like feelings most of the time, but he knows exactly what is wrong with him right now. Anyway, if he didn't recognise it already he does when Tsuna and Chrome get in his personal space and try to help him up, because the closeness makes it worse, and when someone's hand brushes his neck it makes him visibly shudder and bite back an embarrassing noise. He pulls away from them both to get to his feet, and though he's looking downward to try and hide it, his face is flushed and his expression full of raw anger.]

I am not dying. But that baby...

How dare he presume to control me this way?!

[ -- oh. Mukuro-sama isn't dying. Audible sigh of relief. But thinking is becoming harder; still, something is obviously wrong with Mukuro-sama, so here is +1 loli getting all up in your personal space, t e n t a t i v e l y reaching for Mukuro, small fingers encircling his forearm. ]

Oh. [ a murmur, and then a burst of a blush across her face, and now +1 loli topples forward, head thumping against Mukuro's chest, tuft beneath his chin. ] I -- I don't understand . . .

[ ok, don't worry. she will totally save you, Mukuro-sama. as soon as she stops dizzily burying her head against you and waiting for this strange surge to pass. ]

Glancing at Mukuro and Chrome with flushed cheeks but makes no move to back off, only stepping forward a little in alarm when Chrome topples forward. Presses a hand to her back, trying not to snatch it back away immediately because hereallyjustwantstokeeptouchingbothofthem but no, th-that--that wasn't right.]

Chrome? We should get you both to my place. It's not that far from here.

[Chrome. Baby. Why must you do this to him? He jumps at her hand on his arm, uncharacteristically lacking in poise ~~though this is still more dignified than being an upside-down owl~~, and when she leans into him like that his breathing pretty much immediately picks up, and -- what is this? Is this Rokudo Mukuro squirming, even in Tsuna's presence? Why yes it is. He is about ready to decapitate Reborn right now, but it's hard to focus on that with a cute girl pressed against him and an equally cute boy just inches away and just too much of a foreign substance coursing through his veins.]

...Tsunayoshi is right. This is not an optimal place...

[ She nods a little, somewhat reluctant to let go, and turning to Tsuna, too. Wearily. But, all right. She thinks she isn't going to pass out, actually. Somehow. Even though everything is warm and fuzzy and happy right now. ;w; ]

Mukuro-sama. Boss. [ nods in affirmation. ] If that's where the medicine is.

C-Come on, it's this way.

[keeping close to Mukuro, making sure he doesn't collapse again. And wow, were clothes always this annoying? Maybe the heat is just too distracting. Occasionally stealing glances at Mukuro and Chrome.

ARRIVING AT TSUNA'S HOUSE WHICH IS...suspiciously quiet. and empty. Opening the door and looking very very confused]

[Warm, yes. Fuzzy, maybe. Happy, not so much. Mukuro is all bristles and blushes right now, and he pulls away every time one of them touches him all the way to Tsuna's house, though he continues to look shaky and as if he's about to fall over. Once they're in, he'll make himself at home by stalking right to Tsuna's kitchen sink and running cold water to splash in his own face.

...Oh right, gloves. 8| Now they're wet. Fuck the world, he'll pull them off and fling them onto the counter so he can brace himself, because he feels weak in the knees.]

...Isn't it usually busy here?

[ boss and mukuro-sama are here and no one is dying!

-- and that shaky, hot feeling has begun to settle, like a fizzing in the fingertips, a tightness in the belly, so chrome is in the kitchen fixing tea -- four-foot something of pure, compact loli happiness.

[Meanwhile, after gesturing for Mukuro to take a seat, Tsuna had been on the hunt for his family and found a note instead.

I won some tickets for a trip to Kyoto! Since you have school tomorrow, I decided to take just the kids with me. I'll be back on Tuesday, I've left plenty of food for you in the fridge. Take care of the house while I'm gone,

Mum"

...that was suspicious. Then there was Reborn's note:

'Gone for two days. Package for you on the kitchen table'

That was even more suspicious]

Looks like they all went out.

[takes the cup of tea from Chrome--her fingers brushing against his leaves him feeling even more flustered]

T-Thanks, Chrome.

[He is not going to take a seat, thank you Tsuna. He can hardly believe he's in the Vongola Tenth's house, and he most certainly will not stoop to sitting at his kitchen table like a comfortable guest. This is merely a place to hole up in until he doesn't feel like he's going to fall apart every time someone comes within inches of his overheated skin.

He's careful not to touch Chrome's hands when he takes the cup from her and leans back against the counter, still visibly shaky.]

Thank you, Chrome. Though it's really unnecessary.

[ And here is Chrome inspecting Mukuro, but keeping a measure of distance between them, as his discomfort is obvious.

Now, taking a seat! ;w; With her own cup in her hands! Chrome looks back and forth between them both, mostly neglecting her drink, biting her lower lip, and unconsciously crossing her knees beneath the table and pressing forward hard. ]

It's -- a little hot today.

I-It is, isn't it?

[Meanwhile Tsuna has finished his tea and has taken a seat himself--the close proximity to Chrome is a little distracted-- but there is a package he needs to check.

Poking it to make sure it wasn't a bomb(it wouldn't be the first time), he opens it, revealing a bright red box of--

YELPING LOUDLY AND KNOCKING HIS CHAIR BACK IN SURPRISE and dropping the package back onto the table. He has never been so red before.
