No really, it's about 4pm and Hibari is walking the streets of Namimori, looking for criminals and trouble-makers to take down. The security of the town is her top priority, as it's always been -- there's hardly even a reason for police in the area, except to take statements after Hibari beats an offender to a pulp. In fact, Hibari is just as inclined to scare off police officers with a glare as she was to beat up that guy who was smashing vending machines with a baseball bat a few blocks back. Yes, she's in a predatory mood, and good luck to anyone who crosses her.]
