[Mukuro is discovering that more and more of his days are spent, well, at night. It's another such night tonight, nearly midnight and he's had just a bit too much alcohol in the effort to gather information for a mission. It's just enough to make his vision blurry at the edges, and the walk home is a long one, but he'd rather not get a taxi. So here he is getting odd looks from the local Japanese, but feeling vaguely content with the world anyway.]

[ It's like an endless cycle, right? With Mukuro always gone, and Tsuna always two steps behind. Or skipping out on some paperwork and Gokudera's stifling presence, and wandering the streets at this late air. It's something of a luxury nowadays, this simple walk in the night.

He tilts his head back, looks up at the clear sky, holding his arms out- and for one dizzying moment, it feels like he is drowning. ]

[Tsuna's in for another dizzying moment, because just when he's standing there with his arms out, Mukuro rounds the corner. His reflexes are slowed a bit right now, so he barely registers the presence of SOMEONE before he runs smack into Tsuna from behind.]

[ ABANDON SHIP, ABANDON SHIP-- Tsuna yelps, and topples over wit a spectacular windmilling of his hands, and falls flat on is face.

[Catch himself on the wall is all that keeps Mukuro from following Tsuna to the sidewalk. Of course, after a moment to register who it is he just hit, his response to this is to laugh, perhaps a little louder than usual.]

My, Tsunayoshi. What an odd way to run into you.

[ He groans, and stirs a little from the pavement, rolling over onto his back- there's a scrape on his cheek, and another littering his palm and knees. ]

[Another laugh, softer this time, and he reaches a hand out to pull Tsuna up.]

It looks like you're the one needing first aid this time.

It's fine- [ The scrape stings, and he prods his cheek gingerly with his fingers, blood coming away. ]

If you weren't so heavy though, maybe I wouldn't have needed it at all.
