[He's been actively avoiding Gilgamesh since the incident at the church. He's absolutely insufferable to deal with at the best of times, and ever since he brought up his actual intentions it's become worse. Kirei has no reason to think it was a lie -- and now he can't stop thinking about it. His roller coaster of indulgence-by-proxy and self-inflicted punishment has gotten more extreme on both ends, and more and more it centers on Gil. He can't imagine trying to explain all the images he sees in dreams.

He's thinking about them now, as he heads home from an evening club meeting. It's getting dark, and he's lost daydreaming, not even noticing the weight of his messenger bag over his shoulder.]

[Gilgamesh, in the mean time, has been dividing his time between looking for Kirei and following Arturia and Diarmuid around. Luck (and Gilgamesh's short attention span) had been on Kirei's side until tonight, when Gilgamesh catches a glimpse of him while heading off to some party or another. He waves his groupies off and makes a beeline for Kirei, draping an arm lazily over the other man's shoulder]

Kirei, I didn't know you were allowed to go out after dark~

[His tone is a low, half-mocking sort of purr]

[Oh great, here he is. Kirei's at once thrilled and disgusted by Gilgamesh's presence in his personal space. The latter is what he expects of himself, of course. The former... he'd like to avoid thinking about that. The arrogant tone of voice grates on him, but Kirei simply keeps walking.]

[Ignoring him? Sorry Kirei, no one ignores him. He's Gilgamesh. People are in line to suck his dick. No, really, he'll probably have a waiting list if he ever makes it to that party.

For now, his attention is on Kirei, and on getting Kirei's attention.]

Not speaking with heathens either, are we? Pity, I stopped by just to see you.

It has little to do with your religion, Gilgamesh.

[Gil can follow if he likes -- Kirei is going home. He assumes there's no point in trying to hide his address, so he keeps going regardless of being followed. He has a feeling Gilgamesh would find his way there eventually anyway.]

You're irritating on a personal level.

[He's not quite sure whether to be entertained or offended - this is about the wanting to fuck Kirei thing, isn't it? Oh, he bets it is, because he's always right.

He's never been so coldly turned down before, not just rejected, but rejected silently! It was a wound Gilgamesh had salved over at the time by texting his ex to inform him that there was someone in the world more fuck-headed than he was and then banging a girl from his English class in the back of the library.

But no, now Kirei is at it again, and he feels his own personal irritation rising]

My attraction is never irritating. You should be flattered that I care enough to seduce you.

Though this begs the question of why? Surely there are some who are resistant to those urges, and others who simply choose to deny themselves. Which are you?

[An overly confident smirk curls his lips]

If you simply held no interest there would be no need to hide it - you could end the conversation with that alone. You're avoiding the route that would end in more questions for you.

[He wouldn't have noticed if it were anyone else - call it Kirei-senses]

[He's irritated, and it shows faintly in his voice and posture. He doesn't want to talk about it. He doesn't want to think about it, not just because sex with Gilgamesh would be immoral and a huge disappointment to his father in itself. It's because of the things that go along with the thoughts of carnal pleasure in his head. Those things are a million times worse than just sleeping with another man, so he picks up his pace to try and escape the situation.]

[Go home? Nah. He'll just keep talking as if Kirei hadn't said anything, following all too close to the other man]

Is there something you have to hide, Kirei? Some desire that's unbecoming of a choir boy? Now that would be a fascinating development.

[He chooses to ignore Gilgamesh at that point. There's little use in speaking to such a frustrating individual, especially when he's prying at the things Kirei's been trying so hard to eject from his soul.

They're at the dorm anyway, so he tries to slip past the main door and close it before Gil can slip in.]

[Nope sorry, too slow for the skinny, slippery bitch. He slides inside and immediately makes himself at home on the couch, flopping backwards onto it and doing his annoying little leg kick]

I'll take your silence as a yes. Suddenly I'm much more interested in you, Kotomine Kirei.

[Kirei stares at Gilgamesh for a moment... then facepalms. Really? Really?]

I didn't invite you in.

Of course you didn't. I invited myself.

[he gives a small chuckle as he slides off the couch. Maybe, for a moment, it looks like he's headed towards the door, but instead he slides over to Kirei, draping an arm over his shoulder from behind. He leans up, nipping at Kirei's ear, laughing against his skin]

[The part of Kirei that he tries to deny imagines grabbing Gilgamesh's wrist and twisting. The better part of him, however, clamps down on that urge, and instead he just leans away slightly.]
