[It's just one of those days, y'know. Those nice days between bouts of crazy happenings (between anime seasons, I suppose!) when it's sunny and warm and summer break and Mikado might just have wanted to go do something fun on his own -- but no such luck. It wasn't even intentional for Kida to run into his best friend, honestly -- he had gone for breakfast and was walking around thinking about things when he spotted him -- but that wouldn't save anyone any amount of harassment. Kida's pretty quiet until he gets right up behind him, then suddenly he's slinging an arm around his shoulders and laughing.]
