[Mukuro was going to go home or someplace where he wouldn't be bothered. That was his plan, so he was not about to hesitate and wait around for Tsuna and Chrome to harass him more. He did stop when he heard a familiar voice from the alley between two shops just a block or so away from the store, though. Now what in the world did that baby want from him today?
Apparently, it was to tell him that he was still obligated to the Vongola. Also something about strengthening his bonds with the Famiglia and recognizing the feelings of people around him as well as his own. All of this was, of course, met with a scoffing attitude from Mukuro. At least until, as he turned to walk away, he heard a little "phwoomp" noise, and felt something sting his neck.
When Chrome & Tuna come out of the store, they'll be met by Reborn telling Tsuna he's slow and demanding his coffee. He'll then mention something about being observant and the need of growing bodies, and go on his way after handing Tsuna a little packet of spun sugar candies.
Whether they eat them is up to you, but the more they eat the closer they'll be to the condition they'll find Mukuro in if they find him at all -- on the ground, back to the wall of the alley, feeling hot and dizzy and a little achey, shivering uncontrollably, and wanting.]
